1. General provisions
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the turonavia24.uz website. The site is owned and operated by TURONAVIA24 LLC (the Agency).
By using the site, running a search or placing an order you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and accept them without reservation.
The Agency may amend these Terms unilaterally. A new version takes effect from the moment it is published on the site; the version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
2. Status of the Agency
The Agency is not an air carrier. It acts as an intermediary (agent) selling tickets of third-party airlines. The flight is performed by the airline, and the contract of carriage is concluded between the passenger and that airline.
Tickets are sourced through the GDS/consolidator GlobalTravelSpace (EASY TECHNOLOGIES LLC) and through direct arrangements with carriers, including charter and manually loaded inventory.
Changes, refunds, baggage allowance, check-in and flight delays are governed by the carrier's own fare rules and conditions of carriage.
3. Booking procedure
