Terms of Use

1. General provisions

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the turonavia24.uz website. The site is owned and operated by TURONAVIA24 LLC (the Agency).

By searching, browsing or placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. The Agency may amend them at any time; the version in force at the moment of your order applies to that order.

2. Status of the Agency

The Agency is not an air carrier. It acts as an intermediary selling tickets of third-party airlines, sourced through the GDS/consolidator GlobalTravelSpace (EASY TECHNOLOGIES LLC) and through direct arrangements with carriers, including charter and manually loaded inventory.

The flight is performed by the airline, and the contract of carriage is concluded between the passenger and that airline. Changes, refunds, baggage allowance and check-in are governed by the carrier's own fare rules.

3. Booking procedure

• Select a route, dates, passenger count and one of the offered fares.
• Enter passenger details in Latin script exactly as they appear in the passport.
• Pay within the time window shown; unpaid bookings are cancelled automatically.
• After successful payment the e-ticket and the booking reference (PNR) are sent to the email address given in the order.
• If the airline changes the fare or availability, the Agency may cancel the order and refund the amount paid in full.

4. Prices and currency

All prices are displayed and charged exclusively in Uzbek soum (UZS), in line with Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan ZRU-573 of 22.10.2019, which prohibits denominating goods and services in foreign currency within Uzbekistan.

Any US dollar figure shown on the site is for reference only and is never the basis for settlement. The total includes the carrier fare, applicable taxes and fees, and the Agency service fee, which is shown separately before confirmation.

5. Customer obligations

• Verify passenger names, dates of birth and passport details before payment.
• Ensure the passport remains valid for at least 6 months after the return date.
• Check and satisfy visa and entry requirements for destination and transit countries.
• Check in within the carrier's deadlines and arrive at the airport on time.
• Refrain from automated scraping or any interference with the operation of the site.

6. Limitation of liability

The Agency is not liable for losses caused by incorrect data supplied by the customer; corrections are made under the carrier's fare rules and at the customer's expense.

The Agency is not liable for flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes, baggage loss, visa refusal or denied entry at the border.

7. Intellectual property

Texts, design, logo, database structure and software of the site belong to the Agency or its licensors and may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without written consent.

If no agreement is reached, the dispute is heard by the Economic Court of Samarkand Region under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
