1. Controller and legal basis
The personal data operator is TURONAVIA24 LLC (TIN: 313256117), address: 2 Nurafshon Street, Oltin dala mahalla, Ko'kdala District, Qashqadaryo Region, email: info@turonavia24.uz, phone: +998 99 204 03 93.
Processing is carried out under Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ZRU-547 of 02.07.2019 "On Personal Data" and related regulations.
Legal bases: the data subject's consent (a separate document, "Consent to personal data processing"), performance of a contract (issuing the ticket) and the operator's legal obligations (accounting and tax records).
2. What data we collect
- Passenger data: surname and first name (in Latin letters), date of birth, gender, citizenship, passport series, number and expiry date.
- Contact data: email address and phone number.
- Order data: route, dates, fare, booking reference (PNR), order status and documents sent.
- Payment data: payment method (cash or bank transfer), amount, date, payment order or receipt number. Bank card details are not accepted or stored.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, language setting, site error log.
