Consent to Personal Data Processing

1. Who receives the consent

Consent is given to TURONAVIA24 LLC (TIN: 313256117), the personal data operator, under Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ZRU-547 "On Personal Data".

2. Which data

• Surname, first name, date of birth, gender, citizenship.
• Type, series, number and expiry date of the passport or other travel document.
• Phone number and email address.
• Order and payment data.

3. For what purpose

To book and issue the ticket, receive payment, send order notifications, process refunds and exchanges, and keep the reporting required by law.

4. Which operations

Collection, recording, organisation, storage, updating, use, transfer, anonymisation, blocking and deletion, with or without automated means.

5. Who receives the data and where it is stored

Data is shared with the airline, the booking system (GDS) and the consolidator GlobalTravelSpace, and, for bank transfers, with the bank. For international flights, a transfer to the foreign airline and destination authorities is unavoidable.

Data is stored on servers in Finland (European Union). You also consent to its transfer outside the Republic of Uzbekistan.

6. Consent on behalf of others

By adding other passengers to the order, you confirm that you have their consent (for minors, the consent of their legal representatives).

7. Duration and withdrawal

Consent remains valid until the purpose is achieved and the statutory retention period ends.

You can withdraw consent with a written request to info@turonavia24.uz. This does not affect the contract for a ticket already issued or data required for mandatory reporting.
