1. Parties and definitions
This document is a public offer of TURONAVIA24 LLC (the Agency) addressed to an indefinite range of persons under the public offer provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The Customer is the individual or legal entity who places and pays for an order on the site; the Passenger is the person in whose name the ticket is issued; the Carrier is the airline that operates the flight.
The Agency acts as an intermediary and sells the tickets of third-party airlines. Tickets are sourced via the GDS/consolidator GlobalTravelSpace (EASY TECHNOLOGIES LLC) and directly, including charter and manually loaded inventory.
2. Subject of the agreement
The Agency undertakes to search, book and issue an air ticket on the Customer's instruction, and the Customer undertakes to pay for those services and for the ticket.
The contract of carriage is concluded between the Passenger and the Carrier. The Agency is not a party to it and does not undertake to operate the flight.
3. Conclusion of the agreement (acceptance)
Acceptance of this offer is the Customer's payment of the placed order in full. From the moment of payment the agreement is deemed concluded in written form.
